The plastic manufacturing and injection process takes place in multiple stages and is used to produce plastic parts in large quantities, such as:

Mold design:

Design and manufacture of the mold, the mold is used to inject the plastic material in order to get the needed shape.

Selection of plastic materials:

Determine the appropriate type of plastic for the application, as many types of plastic are available, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), and others.

Heating the plastic materials:

Heat the plastic granules until it become liquid to be injected into the mold.

Injection process:

Molten plastic material is injected into the mold via high pressure. The plastic is precisely injected into molds in order to get the needed shape.

Mold cooling:

Cooling the mold to stabilize the plastic and freeze it in the needed shape.

Releasing of the manufactured part:

Open the mold and take out the manufactured plastic piece after freezing and fixing it.

The produced piece is inspected to ensure that it meets the needed specifications and standards in terms of quality and appearance.

Finishing and surface treatment (if necessary):

Perform any additional finishing or surface treatments if needed, such as painting or polishing.
